Who We Are

Joe Gillispie, the driving force behind Total Plumbing Solutions, brings over 30 years of experience in the mechanical field. However, he credits the success of TPS not just to his expertise but to the incredible team that stands beside him every day. From the beginning, Joe recognized that the strength of any company lies in its people, and he’s proud to work alongside some of the most skilled and dedicated professionals in the industry.

Joe's journey started as a helper at a small mechanical firm, where he built the foundation of his extensive knowledge. Over the years, he moved on to manage complex systems in large building complexes, honing his skills in complete building sewer systems, water distribution systems, and plumbing. Despite his personal accomplishments, Joe's greatest pride comes from the collaborative spirit that defines TPS.

Founded in 2007, Total Plumbing Solutions was Joe's vision to create a company that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction above all else. This vision has been brought to life thanks to the commitment and hard work of the entire TPS team. Their collective effort ensures that every job is done right the first time, living up to the company’s motto: “Service not measured by gold, but by the Golden Rule.”

On a personal note, Joe is grateful for the support of his wife, Michelle, and their children, who have been by his side throughout this journey. Together with his team and family, Joe continues to lead TPS with integrity, ensuring that the company remains a trusted name in the plumbing industry.

Gerardo did an amazing job! Within an hour, he found the leak and repaired it. Joe Gillispie M38086

Master Plumber

Joe has been plumbing since 1982. He founded Total Plumbing Solutions in 2007. He trains plumbers to excel and ensures their service adheres to the "Golden Rule".

Joanna Martin

AA in Accounting

Joanna joined TPS in March 2022. She holds an Associates Degree in Accounting and has extensive bookkeeping and office management experience. Joanna is the Office Administrator and she keeps everything up and running.

Aubra Parker

BA in Business Administration

Aubra joined TPS in May of 2024 as the Social Media Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with nearly ten years of experience in the Construction Industry.

Gerardo Aranda

Journeyman

Gerardo has worked with Joe for 19 years, starting as a helper. He is currently pursuing a Master Plumber's license. Gerardo possesses extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry services, to include gas and sewer line replacements and operation of large equipment.

Jeremy Pierce

Tradesman

Jeremy joined TPS in February of 2024 as a Tradesman plumber. He has been in the plumbing industry since 2009 and licensed since 2011. He is currently pursuing a journeyman license. With his extensive experience, he is very knowledgeable in the high level aspects of the trade.

Christofer Mitchell

Tradesman

Chris joined forces with Joe and Gerardo in 2019. He holds a Tradesman license and is currently pursuing a journeyman license. Chris specializes in stop-ups, drain issues, household installs, equipment operation, Hot Water Hydro Jetting, and sewer line replacement.

Walter Craft

Apprentice

Walter Joined TPS in 2023. He is the newest Apprentice who is actively training and doing hands-on work to further his knowledge. His background is in the construction industry, which gave him an early head start. Catch him on your next stop up, soon!
